Comments: I was going to make these for passover but didn't get around to it so my Sister Inlaw got them tonight for her birthday. I made my own sweetened condensed soymilk from this link and it turned out really well, kinda carmelly since I only had powdered vanilla soymilk. Good experiment. They fell apart a bit, but were still really really really good.
