Comments: Holy wow these kick ass. I made these and my regular truffles with tofutti cream cheese for work, and these were definitely preferred. I added some coconut extract in the truffle mixture and rolled them in toasted unsweetened coconut. They took a bit to set up enough in the fridge to roll, but well worth the wait. All I have to say is: don't make these, they make me look like a goddess and I don't wanna share ;)
