Comments: Okay, it looks JUST like the last muffin (and I messed up the photo so I'm reusing the last one) and it is just as tasty. I used Granny Smith apples and it worked out great. I actually don't like pecans or walnuts and the husband forgot to eat them so they went bad. Jerk.
